Bangkok Chao Phraya River Condominiums

The principal architectural challenge for the Bangkok Chao Phraya River Condominiums was the conversion of a previously developed yet unfinished hotel that had sat vacant for nearly two decades.

Composed of large apartments with grand terraces, many with double-height spaces, the residential complex is a glimmering shrine to Thailand’s lush capital city overlooking the grand Chao Phraya River. The site comprises two 9-story buildings and a centrally located amenities building. The buildings are surrounded by public and private gardens and pools and are a welcome addition to a neighborhood increasingly occupied by uniform buildings. The site will become a haven for the discerning Bangkok resident who craves a unique living experience along the river.

Located in the immediate area on the west side of the Chao Phraya River, the aspirational area of western Bangkok that represents the new face of the city, the Bangkok Chao Phraya River Condominiums offer access to the up-and-coming commercial district while providing verdant privacy.
