Century Raj Mahal Vilas Residential Tower

Building on the success of the Indian residential market, Century RMV is a striking new icon for Bangalore. The two triangular forms, each with an open void at the center, provides for naturally ventilated toilets and a kitchen space traditionally found on the building’s exterior. A vertical open slot on opposing sides of the building provide ventilation to the buildings inner core. The result is an open plan of interior space with an exterior skin that maximizes views and daylight into these luxury units.

Maximizing exposure to the lakes and the Bangalore skyline, the two towers are connected at the podium level to create a singular architectural statement of landscaped terraces that ensure a substantial portion of the buildings podium have outdoor space, private pools, and shaded gardens.
