Emaar Capital Campus
Located in Gurgaon just west of the Aravali Biodiversity Park, one of India’s largest urban nature reserves, the Emaar Capital Campus is an office and residential hub that provides a lively city-within-a-city in what is otherwise a dense and often monolithic city fabric.
Consisting of multiple office and residential towers with a retail village at the ground plane, the development is divided into separate neighborhoods. Each area within the campus integrates office, retail, and residential programs with supporting public amenities. At the center of the campus is “The Forum” designed to create a place within the public realm reminiscent of the ancient Indian Stepwells.
The balanced and harmonious composition of the towers creates a memorable presence along the Gurgaon – Mehrauli Highway. To create a sense of place in the midst of major highways and railway tracks while contrasting with the urban fabric surrounding the project, the site is broken into finely grained building blocks that are interwoven with a series of small retail pavilions and varied public spaces radially surrounding the forum, the heart of the campus. Streets, passages, plazas, and elevated pedestrian walkways create a vibrant pedestrian network.
