27 Summit

A thoughtfully conceived model for urban living, 27 Summit is set apart by its scale, contextual sensitivity, and relationship to Bangalore’s unique and thriving downtown. Set above the surrounding neighborhood atop office and serviced apartments, the massing of the building steps down to the west to preserve light, openness, and glimpses of the city for the serviced apartments, while maintaining privacy for the residents. The resulting fourth floor terrace contains a green roof, which is planted with full-growth trees, continuing the park-like feel of Bangalore.

The building is conceived of two towers, each with a single apartment per floor, that share a common core. Floors seven to thirty-eight comprise 54 units ranging from 4,000-square-foot four-bedroom apartments to 5,000-square-foot five-bedroom apartments. Each of the apartments feature entry gardens with private terraces, and a private swimming pool overlooking Cubbon Park and the Lalbagh Botanical Garden below.
