The design incorporates private offices with open workstations – providing an equal opportunity to work and collaborate – and establishes various working environments. To differentiate between private offices and open office space, a modular wall system is used to maintain connectivity throughout the space. Upon entering the space, a visual connection to the Indianapolis skyline is the first thing a visitor will experience. Framed by the main conference room and the social hub, the coveted view of the skyline is uninhibited by a vast window along the West wall of the office.

Existing X-bracing encased in the conference rooms feature wall directs views towards downtown creating a focal point. Situated at the center of the office, the social hub encourages employees to collaborate in a more informal setting. Using ceilings to link spaces – the active space features an intricate timber frame custom pattern ceiling open to the deck above that connects the social hub and the game room overhead. The materials palette used throughout the space celebrate contrast: dark tones emphasize design elements, while light tones act as a backdrop for design features to stand out. The finishes on the floor are light with subtle transitions of texture to connect the entire office while still defining specific spaces. To promote natural light and brighten the space, glass and light paint are implemented throughout the office.
