Riverside World Tower

Located in Jamwon-Dong, south of the Han River, Riverside World Tower represents a new generation of Korean development, responding to a wide variety of uses, offering retail, office, and residential space.

Riverside World Tower has two distinct towers that rise out of the ground in grand gestures. The Residential Tower faces the Han River and the rest of the Seoul skyline and will house over 290 luxury apartment units. The Office-Tel Tower, facing the Hannam Dae-Ro, will house over 190 office-tel type units, which combine state-of-the-art office infrastructure with resident-friendly units. The project is augmented by a 4,000 M² sports club located at the lower levels of the Residential Tower. The sports club is planned to include indoor swimming and golf practice tees, and it links to an outdoor roof garden that is accessible to all residents. Both towers include individual meeting halls for large gatherings and events.

One of the most prominent features of the Residential Tower is the roof winter-garden, which covers the entire upper deck of the Residential Tower and is sheltered against rain and snow. The roof garden takes full advantage of unobstructed views of the Seoul skyline, and its enormous size will accommodate all residents. When brightly lit at night, the garden will be the most coveted green space in all of Seoul.
