Rolls Royce NB6
Rolls Royce project on the Indianapolis campus and is a 50,000 sf interior renovation on the sixth floor of the Meridian Center North Tower. Rolls Royce implemented a total mobile work environment with no assigned workstations to allow for growth and collaboration. Spaces included engineering labs, social hubs, resource centers, meditation spaces, focus rooms, meeting spaces and wellness areas. The office spaces included quiet neighborhoods and office landscapes supporting a mobile work environment. The social hub was defined by an abstract/colorful graphic of an airplane engine centered within the overall space. A leadership zone was defined by a custom circular table allowing for the leaders to have direct visual contact with each other and with the department heads.
