The Shi Residence is organized as a series of clusters organized along a central core, allowing each space to have views overlooking the lake. With large windows and uninterrupted views, every room is flooded with natural light and offers panoramic views of the headquarters building, The Dragon. The building’s broad spans and well-integrated structure enabled more freedom with the layouts, creating large, open-plan living spaces that incorporate the bar, a sitting area, dining, and living areas.

The spacious, light-filled residence is contemporary in its design, with clean lines, elegant finishes, and top-quality fixtures. White marble floors run throughout each space with black marble accents, including in the bar, which features a marble console, a fabric wall, and the finest appliances. The master bedroom suite features a five-fixture bathroom with floor-to-ceiling stone, a custom designed curved mosaic wall, integrated lighting, and sweeping views.
