Tata Eco City
A design driven by Indian culture, Tata Eco City’s vision is to create a technically innovative community, preserving and enhancing the site’s ecology while creating a multi-generational community. Tata Eco City is a bold initiative that rethinks community to enrich the environment and the human experience.
With a masterplan focused around a 50-acre Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, close to the Kempegowda International Airport, the residential typologies include private villas, 1 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK buildings that have been designed specifically for the lifestyle and culture of this Indian community. The buildings have been composed across the site creating usable outdoor spaces of varying sizes and scales enveloping a series of layers surrounding the golf course.
With sustainability paramount to the development, each of the multi-family residential towers have been designed with a unique rooftop garden / trellis defining the building top, giving the massing of the buildings a hierarchy, which distinguishes the living areas of the building from the crown while providing for a roof garden and wind turbines at the top of the tower and a photovoltaic array above the trellis.
