Prakhar Srivastava graduated with honors from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education’s School of Architecture in Manipal, India with a Bachelors of Architecture Degree. His outstanding academic record found him graduating at the top of his class. Prakhar’s major interests are towards learning and studying on sustainable architecture and how it can shape the future of our buildings and the built environment. His graduate thesis is based on Urban Planning and Design, which involves rigorous planning, large-scale urban studies, and how to preserve historic buildings in this modern era of expansion and urbanization.
Prakhar has three years of professional experience working on projects ranging from medium-scale buildings to mixed-use projects to large-scale urban developments which include the design of millions of square feet. His work spans across Asia including Thailand, India, the Middle East, China, and most recently the United States. His portfolio includes a wide range of building typologies and some of the most important commissions of our time including mixed-use projects, commercial office buildings, renovations, urban master plans, residential facilities, and public area interiors.
With experience at large design firms globally, he has developed the skills necessary to manage the workflow of complex projects as well as develop a sense of international design practices. Notable projects include The Avenues Sharjah in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, Bagmane Capital Corporate Campus in Bangalore, India, the American Express Headquarters in Gurgaon, India, and the Provenance Land Commercial Tower & Hotel Canopy in Mumbai, India. Prakhar’s exceptional technical skills allow him to explore and push the boundaries of design excellence on any scale.
