Beckman Coulter Diagnostics

The transformation of this R & D / Industrial facility into a 500,000 F² world headquarters campus developed through a vision to add a series of site amenities to provide advanced facilities for its customers and employees. The amenities include a Visitor’s Screening Center, a Customer Experience Center, a Corporate Cafeteria, a Health and Wellness Center along with a series of outdoor sports courts and landscaped green places.

As an integral part of the design and strategy process, the design focused on embedding innovation, wellness, and collaboration into multiple dimensions of the new campus design to update Beckman Coulter’s image while engaging its employees. The design of a campus-wide branding, wayfinding signage and communications program was developed to help employees navigate across the new campus, the workplace and the manufacturing areas that ultimately embody Beckman Coulter’s history and culture.
