General Electric Advanced Manufacturing Laboratory

The General Electric Advanced Manufacturing Laboratory is a modern robotics laboratory supporting GE’s Healthcare business. Located in Tianjin, the laboratory produces components for the magnets of GE’s MRI Scanners.

The GE AME Laboratory is a 2,200 M² facility that includes a Customer Experience Center designed to educate GE’s customers on the benefits of this industrial giant’s technology while demonstrating firsthand the robotics technology at the heart of the laboratory. The project is situated adjacent to the larger GE China Advanced Manufacturing Technology Center that produces and distributes GE’s MRI Scanners across the Asia Region.

The Customer Experience Center component is designed in an open collaborative environment to host GE’s healthcare customers while providing technical support space for employees.
