Highland Fairview Skechers

With over 1,800,000 F² of space including Office, Manufacturing and Distribution Facilities for the Skechers North American Operations Headquarters, it is one of the largest facilities of its type in the US. The facility has also been honored as the largest LEED Gold Certified building of its kind in the nation.

The new open office space is a modern workplace environment designed to foster communication and collaboration and create a sense of community among the employees. Skechers new office is centered around employee well-being, with large communal spaces that foster relaxation and interaction between employees. Supporting the office space, the employee amenities include a fitness center, a canteen, conference rooms, a training center, a health & wellness center, gallery space and an atrium that provides overall connectivity to the building’s components.
