Mathieu Bellec has over twelve (12) years of professional experience with projects located in Europe and throughout the Asia region. His work includes a broad range of building types including corporate headquarters and campus environments, low and high-rise residential projects, retail and entertainment venues, hospitality projects and convention centers, civic and government buildings, transportation, and higher education facilities.
As an integral member of the Design Studio, Mathieu’s problem-solving skills have enabled him to focus on his client’s needs delivering work of exceptional quality.
Demonstrated in projects like the Opple Research & Development Headquarters in Suzhou, China; the Tishman Speyer F1 Project in Shanghai, China; the Haitang Bay Resort in Sanya, China or the competition-winning 1111 Yuanshan Road Research & Development Center in Shanghai, China, Mathieu’s experience has given him the opportunity to excel on projects in the global arena with outstanding results.
Mathieu is well organized, skilled at conceptualizing design ideas and implementation, and is able to fill in the gaps to create a cohesive and well-coordinated set of drawings whether at a conceptual design stage or construction documents.
